Our filtration systems employ a dual-media approach, combining Catalytic Activated Acid-Washed Carbon and KDF-55 media to deliver comprehensive water purification.
CARBON
This high-grade carbon is sourced from sustainable coconut shells and acid-washed to remove impurities before undergoing catalytic activation. This process enhances both its absorption capacity and chemical reactivity. It increases the surface area and internal pore volume, allowing the carbon to capture a greater number of contaminants more effectively. Chemically enhanced pore size granules now in our PLUS models to facilitate the reduction of PER and POLYFLUOROALKYL compounds (PFs) such as PFOS, PFOA, and others.
KDF-55
This media uses a redox (oxidation-reduction)process to treat water without chemicals, complementing the carbon media by targeting contaminants like heavy metals.
FILTER ABILITY
Our whole-home filters are engineered to effectively remove and reduce a wide range of chemical contaminants, enhancing the safety and quality of your household water supply. The combination of filtration media targets various chemical impurities, including chlorine, chloramine, pharmaceuticals, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The inclusion of KDF media aids in the removal of heavy metals like lead and mercury, contributing to healthier water throughout your entire home. PLUS models reduce and remove Per-and Polyfluoroalkyl compounds such as PFOS, PFOA, and others.
CONDITIONING CHAMBER
Our filters are equipped with a conditioning chamber to also combat hard water. Unlike traditional salt-based softeners that rely on ion exchange to replace minerals like calcium and magnesium with sodium, our system uses a physical water treatment process that alters the structure of these minerals without removing them. This means you get all of the benefits of scale-free plumbing without the downsides of added salt or wasted water.
HOW IT WORKS
As water flows through the chamber, it passes through a series of alternating, polarity- reversing permanent magnetic fields. These fields are precisely engineered to disrupt the normal crystallization process of scale-forming minerals.
Instead of bonding and forming hard limescale on pipes, appliances and fixtures, calcium and magnesium are restructured into harmless, microscopic crystals. These remain suspended in the water and are easily washed away, leaving no residue behind.
Because this process is purely physical there is no need for salt or electricity. It’s a maintenance-free solution that doesn’t introduce any chemicals into your water or environment.
One of the biggest advantages is that essential minerals remain in your water - just in non-scaling form. You get healthy, mineral-rich water without damaging buildup.
INSTALLATION
Our whole home water filters are designed for flexible and straightforward installation directly onto your main incoming water line, ensuring that all water entering your home is filtered. This placement ensures that both hot and cold water used throughout the house—showers, sinks, appliances, etc.—are filtered.
Our filters come in different sizes, each with its own fixed inlet and outlet connection size. Depending on the model, the connection size ranges from ¾ inch up to 2 inches, allowing you to choose the appropriate unit based on your home's plumbing and water usage requirements.
To ensure safety, compliance with plumbing codes, and proper performance, installation must be performed by a licensed professional plumber.
LIFESPAN + MAINTENANCE
The media blend is designed to last up to 10 years or a high-capacity gallon threshold, depending on usage, and meet or exceed NSF61 needs for potable water. The systems are built to be self-sustaining, requiring no maintenance once installed. With sustainability in mind, these filters use up to 30% less water than standard systems. The salt-free regeneration process (backwash cycle) that cleans the media uses minimal water - without introducing brine into the environment. Since the water is free of contaminants and chemicals, it is safe for reuse in applications like landscaping, irrigation, or sewer disposal.
